I used to come here often, but a few things have made me look elsewhere. The owner is very sweet, but she seems a bit out of touch with what’s actually happening on the floor. The staff is inconsistent—it’s hit or miss whether you get someone skilled.

One major issue for me was consent and communication. You can’t just start climbing on someone’s back like a jungle gym without asking if they have any back issues. Not all of the staff seem properly trained—some just press and hope it feels good.

For the price point, it’s not worth gambling with your body. And no matter how the experience goes, they’ll push for a $20 tip—even if you weren’t satisfied. That just doesn’t sit...

EXCELLENT MESSAGE!!! I've been looking for a while for a good, professional spot to have a massage since I have came across many places where the massage was disappointed and the staff were very unprofessional( talking over the phone, talking with co workers, had no idea what they were doing and etc). I went there spontaneously, on last Saturday with my partner for one hour massage each and even tho the short notice they were very kind and welcoming. I was skeptical on getting a massage since the Covid hit! But it was high time I needed one, I came across Zen Spa in JH, I called in and set an appointment right away it was all thorough! As soon as I entered I was asked to take my temperature and than wash my hands. (Very courteous and professional) I did an hour full body massage and foot reflexology with Lisa.
