Came in for a soak off (gel) and regular manicure. The girl had no idea what she was doing. She was having a tough time getting the gel off after soaking that she only used the drill… with gel remover sitting 3 inches away from her hand. My nails are so badly damaged many of them are sore to the touch because she drilled through so much of my natural nails, yet still have 2 nails that still visibly have gel on them. I paid to have a manicure after and when she was finished my nails were literally jagged and broken. I spoke up several times during the process but it never helped so I just ended up leaving with messed up nails. Had to go straight home to try and fix that disaster.

I noticed this spa is nails, massage and other services. I don’t know if they are expected to do everything, but please stop letting people who don’t know how to do...

My pedicure came out great but their brochure said $40 and they charged me $70. I’m very disappointed. I asked for a French pedicure and she gave me just that. But gave me gel without asking if I wanted it then charged me for it, me not knowing I thought it came with the service. I had plans to get a wax as well but couldn’t even do that because they charged me so much more than I expected. If not for that they would’ve had a returning costumer. It’s really disheartening especially in this economy to be tricked like that and expected to pay nearly 2x as much without the bat of an eye. Scam scam scam. They are fake-Nice so I was fooled into going a few times. But each time I was charged an arm and a leg or Charged extra. They make up the most redicuoius prices. You MUST CHECK your receipt and make sure of each and every charge. They also pressure you into getting anything and everything they offer. How many times can you say no? No no no-How many times ??
