She Winks Lash Studio is a marvalous place which provides the clients with lash extension and micro-blading eyebrow services. I recently reached out to She Winks Lash Studio to schedule an appointment which Maya was able to accommodate me immediately. Ramona, the owner is amazing. She took her time to inform me about the business and the talented technicians which she trains with lots of care. This morning I got my lash extensions done by Victoria. She took her time and gently gave me the most beautiful shaped lash extensions in the world, she stated she did a mix of cat eye and gorgeous look. Later, when checking out Maya informed me of the classes which the Studio offers. The entrance of the building is clean. The Studio is located on the 2nd floor. The atmosphere of the studio is chic, fabulous and fresh. The lashes are flawless and light weight. Let me start out by saying that I have been going to this place for almost 2 years and they do have some good technicians. However my last 2 experiences was enough for me to decide that I can no longer support this place. I scheduled a 3 week refill with Loann and while she is nice, she just doesn't know what she's doing. This is the second time she has done my lashes & after 2 weeks I have none left. So I scheduled a 2 week refill for last Friday and this time I made sure Olga did my lashes. Olga informs me that I have to get charged for a full set bc I don't have any lashes left. I had explained to her what happened prior and I still had to pay for a full set. I agreed but that's when I knew I would not be coming back because their policy on 2 & 3 week refills are stupid and some of their techs are terrible. Nice place i did my lashes there twice.the 2nd time they all fell out in almost 2 weeks.. The girls are really sweet and pretty but very rude manager. They offered me 10% after i explained the situation/made the complaint but no thanks. I never went back.
