SKECHERS Retail — Local services in New York

As a retired teacher & senior citizen, over the many, many years of footwear shopping... in large and private stores… I NEVER had a more patient, more knowledgeable, more pleasant salesman than MARK ..one of the Managers.. in the 509 Fifth Ave Skechers store in Manhattan. The store was busy this past Monday late afternoon thru early evening.. so MARK assisted me by relieving a salesman who was also busy so I didn't need to wait. He found me a comfortable seat so I didn’t have to squeeze in. I have foot problems including bunions, a high in-step, narrow ankle bones ( which Mark explained and now after all these years of difficulties finding comfortable foot wear I finally know why!) etc etc. He saw my problems and suggested bringing out multiple sizes… and many many boxes of GREAT SKECHERS! I am embarrassed to say how very very long I was there trying on a large variety .. which MARK brought out and took away boxes with a friendly smile and diagnostic comments on the fit! YES.. I purchased great SKECHERS and WILL BE BACK AS A NEW SKECHERS CUSTOMER… BUT MARK was TERRIFIC!! Without HIS patient assistance , I wouldn’t be the Big fan I am now! THANKS MARK! I will be in again regularly! ( And “ NO” I did not know Mark before.. but he treated me with kind respect and warm friendliness!) KUDOS to SKECHERS.. Elliot thank you so much for making my daughters first skechers experience a magical and memorable one! skechers fifth ave thank you for onboarding such a knowledgable shoe expert! as soon as we entered elliot greeted us warmly and helped us over to the kids section. Elliot quickly found us the shoes that my daughter wanted to try as well as another fabulous pair! my daughter left with two pairs of light up high tops she loved them! she loved the comfortable feel and loved their appearance. Elliot made check out smooth! my daughter and i had a very pleasant experience because of Elliot! I cannot wait to come back and buy more shoes for my daughter here im so glad we found our new go to shoe store! my daughter normally hates shopping for clothes and shoes but she fell in love with your store and thinks elliot is a shoe rockstar! Went to this Skechers location to return a pair of winter boots I changed my mind about. Customer service was absolutely amazing. I did my return quick and easy and used my Store credit the same day. The associates who helped me and my partner was very helpful courteous and kind. I can’t remember the last time I had such great customer service especially for me who has big feet and it’s already hard to find a decent pair that doesn’t look so manly! Taking the time to search for something for me in a double wide and have different varieties for me, I can say without a doubt especially with covid. The amount of care these two gave should earn them a medal! Thank you Mark and your fellow associate who went back and forth to ensure my partner and I found decent pairs...
