when i got home and read my receipt i was livvid. When I was cashing out, the cashier asked me if I'd like a lighter I said sure, why not? I thought I was being given a free lighter. I wasn't looking to buy their cheezy lighter. The friggin thing is ready to explode. it was supposed to be brand new. I noticed that he checked it before he put it in my bag. i should have asked, are you charging me for that defective lighter you didnt get a flame from? there was a time when dispensaries insisted you took their bag to put your goodies in.. These people don't wanna part with their bags .what is with this place? thought it was a freebie an incentive. a shotty lighter. check it out. With this kind of attitude on 42nd St. I didn't buy a pre-roll. Why did he think I needed a lighter? I thought he was trying to give me something for free because I had asked if that little crap on the sides was free a keychain or whatever it was. you can be damn sure a New Yorker won't be back there to buy. I feel taken. I won't spend another dime there. all these little crappy extras that they sell. ! specialize in the weed never mind these crazy weird little things that you should be giving away not charging for. What a dump! watch your expiration dates. i have two months to smoke the 1/2 oz i bought. i feel duped. read your expiration dates. Don't ask people if they want something like its a give away.and sneak a charge on my bill. incensed....communication was down. a measly 2.00 charge turned me off . this was my first time at this place but i wasnt born yesterday. reprehensible.u shoulda been there. get stoned after shopping. get a medical license dont buy from sharks. I understand the rent next to fifth Avenue is quite pricey, but don't nickel and dime your customers for a friggin...

Outstanding! Torches is a fantastic spot that absolutely delivers on flavor and atmosphere. The food is creative, beautifully presented, and most importantly, delicious. Every dish feels carefully crafted, with bold flavors that still balance perfectly—nothing is overdone, just well thought out and executed.

The service is excellent: attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly without ever being pushy. You can tell the staff takes pride in making sure guests have a great experience. The vibe of the restaurant is warm and welcoming, making it perfect for a casual night out or a special occasion.

What really stands out about Torches is their consistency. Whether it’s your first visit or your tenth, you can count on the same high level of quality every time. It’s rare to find a place that blends creativity with comfort this seamlessly.

If you’re looking for outstanding food, great service, and an atmosphere that makes you want to linger, Torches is absolutely...

Bad service and overpriced Marijuana. They are a tourist trap that does not have adequate customer service. The Spanish lady with colored hair has a bad attitude and would rather customers walk out the door than do her job and assist clients and help them spend money on the business she relies on to be successful in order to have a paycheck. There is also too much hanging out in the door behind the register than employees at the register during rush hour business hours. The only good experience was with security checking my identification at the door. There are also no discounts for LEGAL CANNABIS CARD HOLDERS which makes no sense and wouldn't make clientele go from a legal medical dispensary to a nonmedical one when the medical is more potent and has been checked for sprays, chemicals, pesticides, and fentanyl. I had better experiences in Vegas, California, Florida, and Amsterdam but nothing beats...

Came in here yesterday for the first time to browse but ended up purchasing two items. When I arrived home, realized one of the two items was incorrect. Not the one I specifically chosen. The woman who assisted me was very helpful as was the one at the register but somehow mistakes were made. In addition to my pleasant experience, taxes in NY are astronomical compared to NJ. I’ll be back again on my next visit to the city just to give them a second chance.

LUXURY, that’s it what it felt like going in this place lol It’s a beautiful dispensary and Solomon took such good care of me. Everyone there is super smart / knows the product, I want them to host events or something because it’s cute af in there. V happy with the joints recommended and picked up my regular faves. Will be back
