Sky Windows and Doors — Local services in New York

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called 2 weeks ago and spoke with JULIE who asked me to take pics of my windows and send them to her email. 2 days later I called and another woman and I asked if Julie received my email. She said Julie was on the phone she would call you back, SHE DID NOT. I called the next day and she YELLED AT ME that she sent the pics to the warehouse to "SEE" if they will take my job or not! I asked her to STOP RAISING HER VOICE TO ME and I said most places I call they make an appointment and come to take measurements and then give me an estimate in the next couple of days. She was SO RUDE and exclaimed that WE DON'T WORK THAT WAY!! She said it would take a few days and she would get back to me...2 weeks later and I have not heard from them! I had 18 windows to replace and they do not care about potential customers! She should be FIRED the way she YELLS at customers. I have had 3 companies come and take measurements and get back to me with estimates in the 2 week time frame that they never had the COURTESY to even send an email!!! I WOULD NEVER...

It was a superior job that Skyline Windows and Doors located in Brooklyn, NY performed on our home. We had 26 windows installed and siding put up as well. We had an extremely positive experience starting with the salesman, and it was carried through by the window installation crew, the siding installation crew, and finally their office staff. Everyone was cheerful, helpful, and took the time to keep us informed every step of the way. Our property was a difficult house to work on as it is three stories in the back and is structured such that is was hard maneuvering ladders and reaching some of the areas. We had some bad weather in the middle of the siding job, but the crew persevered and worked as much as they could in the elements.
