Not only are the fajitas nicely stuffed with a good amount of meat chunks and onions and (non-spicy green) peppers, but the meat is always fairly soft and even juicy despite being well-done! The ground-meat filling in the chili tacos are surprisingly salty, however -- and I love salt! Large chunks of cubed tomatoes, though, so that's good. Unfortunately, the salsa is fairly bad...rather like watered-down tomato paste!! The pan-fried dumplings are them overly thick-skinned affairs all the other Chinese restaurants of this kind (neighborhood chop-suey type joint) offer, but their evidently "home-made" soy sauce that accompanies each order is rather good, with a touch of sugar and red chilli pepper (and maybe even a hint of vinegar) for a bit of a nice unexpected kick... certainly not something straight out of a store-bought bottle! Half a star as of Tuesday 10/22/19 evening time 18:00 hrs bought what was suppose to be shrimp Chow mein and shrimp cho fun also two shrimp rolls. When I got it home my mother found her shrimp Chow mein to be lo mein also shrimp rolls were stale. I called them back and was given the excuse that I ordered lo mein instead of Chow mein. I brought it back for an exchange, the young lady working there thought I didn't speak good English because I look Hispanic tried putting me down verbally then exchange a conversation with the cook looking in my direction in Chinese, she thought she was being cute by doing this, so I asked for my money back not even taking money for the stale spring rolls. It’s been more than a few times where I bough food almost to closing time, instead of telling me they don’t have it or can’t make it because they are about to close they act as if everything is in the bag and when you check at home, there’s food missing and you can’t call back or go to the store because they closed really fast already.
