Starbucks — Restaurant in New York

I was on a drive trhrough line for 40 minutes only to see my drinks being prepared by all staff members not wearing masks, I requested to speak to a leaf or manager and the cashier at the window Joey who was not wearing a mask or gloves told me no one was available and he couldn’t leave the window to get a lead or manager. I I requested that he ask his team members to wear the masks over there mouth and nose and be refused This is the only drive through option I have, and after several attempts to have the problem resolved there was little or no effort my store management or leadership Will it take a senior like myself or anyone getting sick for the team at this store to wake up

I ordered chicken double smoked panini with med caramel frappe told the girl in the drive thru do not warm the sandwich I do this every morning I usually I have male employees who always get my order right this is my first time dealing with this woman.she warmed my sandwich and I told her I didn’t want it warmed she gave me an attitude oh well that’s all we have and tried to give me another sandwich 🥪! I didn’t ask for different kind of sandwich!. It’s 3:40 am maybe she was still 😴.if you made a mistake admit to your mistake and I would be cool about it but when you brush me off like I was begging you for that sandwich I have a problem with that. She has no customer service skill disrespectful and I will report her further when I’m paying for food I expect I get it the way...

This is more of a rant about the company itself not really the location that I picked. it's a real damn shame that the company changed their policy on giving free ice water to customers on a really hot day. That's what you guys were known for and everyone loved it. Now you change the policy stating that you must buy something before you could get free water it's a ridiculous move on your part Your billion dollar company and you can't even give free water to people that can't afford to pay for Starbucks? You should be ashamed of yourself while you're sitting there and your AC and money all around you You take away a little opportunity that made you guys great away congratulations for being another money hungry company that does not give a shit about people...
