Went to this diner, with three other people, expecting wonderful everything, from the reviews. The place was a disappointment in most every way. It took forever to get the waiter to come to the table; We had to constantly ask for napkins, bread, coffee, sweetener. I asked for seltzer, as I always do, instead of water. When I received my bill, I was charged $2.00 for the seltzer! I tried to reason with management that. seltzer is not on the beverage menu, and was told that they'll be putting it on the menu that they're working on post-Covid. I was angry, but one has to choose their battles... Onto more ....soup that was supposed to come with a friend's luncheon, never came, until I had to call the water over.....who asked, "The soup never came?"...The luncheons come with either soup or salad...When this friend, who is an elderly man, got the bill, he was charged for the soup!
I ordered a mushroom/avocado egg white omelet with tomoatoes... A friend ordered a regular omelet with mushrooms/broccoli and lettuce and tomatoes and 2 slices of whole wheat toast..
When the meals came, after almost an hour, I will say that the plating was beautiful, and there was a nice amount of food to eat, as well.
We were all quite hungry, of course.....I started eating my omelet and wondered why the avocadoes were so hard....And then it hit me....I was given the regular omelet with the broccoli and my friend, who also didn't realize the switch until he wondered why his broccoli was so soft, got my order... they must have put the omelets on the plate and then the extras....
Couldn't complain about it, because we had already started eating, and who wanted to wait another hour for food....
Customer Service anywhere is a big deal to me... And this just was not an enjoyable dining experience...
the management is at fault...There are not enough busboys...and the waiters are doing what a busboy should do...
there's no way we'll be going back again..
I hope this review is helpful for not only future patrons, but the management to try to make...

Read moreWell the food took forever to come out, we ordered mozzarella sticks as appetizer and only got like 4 of them for the price they charged us. The chicken salad prepared for my daughter looked like it was just thrown on the plate, it wasnt even chopped up properly and the veggies was all different sizes. And some of the chicken was really chewy she ate it cause she was hungry. To make it even more eh, we had to demind them about the tomatoes, and cucumbers that go on it.
My sons food passed with not to many issues he ordered a chicken melt no bacon but again we had to request the pickles and coleslaw because they forgot to bring that out also.
I ordered the eggs pueblo ,which is basically poached eggs, avocado with hollandaise sauce on an english muffin with hash browns. Mind you the avocado was way to ripe just about to turn, the eggs was perfectly poached while the hollandaise sauce was done correctly it unfortunately was way under seasoned, I couldnt even eat the hashbrowns because they tasted old and not fresh. I also ordered a side of jalapeno de came out when my food was done. They did take it off my bull but come on $1.95 for Jalapenos... smh that's ridiculous
Overall I think there overpriced menu are way too expensive for the quality of food put out. Plus the large portions fails to compensate for mediocre food. I'm honestly very disappointed because I been there many times to eat in my younger days it has gone down alot. The staff was very nice, and accommodating so I have no complaints about them. I just will not return to that...
