Horrible customer experience. I booked a massage through the classpass app and 1.5 hours before my massage, Kendra asked me to come early due to a booking conflict. I understood and was flexible, and even booked a car in order to get me to SPARSA in time. When I arrived, they changed my appointment back to my original time. I waited around for an hour and a half only to receive another message asking me to reschedule. I didn’t receive a clear answer on how the mix-up occurred, and no one was there in person to assist me. I left feeling so disappointed that I didn’t receive my massage and still confused how the mix up happened. When I emailed Kendra and Sarah back, they barely acknowledged my disappointment and offered no discount or bargain to reschedule. I asked for a refund and still have not received it! I used to work at a spa and get massages frequently. I have never left a bad review, but this is the worst service I have ever received. More than two hours of my life gone and 47 classpass...
