He really knew the listings, which made sense when we found out that Native works closely with building owners/landlords and are usually the exclusive agency for most of the buildings they work with. I think the strong relationships they've built make a huge difference--it shows in the quality of the rentals they have on offer.

They go that extra step for you the whole time you're working with them. I can't emphasize enough how reassuring and refreshing it was that everything throughout the process was so straightforward and clear, since that's not always like that with NYC real estate.
