Don’t waste your time going to the Brooklyn location near Coney Island the staff are rude barely speak clear English they do not have respect or willing to understand if you have an emergency and you need to leave and you can’t make the next class. I personally give this program agency zero stars they do not go over work so you can understand it for the daily test they will rush through 300+ page textbook and expect you to know it by heart without going over the work for better understanding. I went there for the three week 100 hours a week program and I failed everything within four days due to the fact they do not go over work or help you understand it. Horrible place horrible service horrible...

I wish I can give this agency 0 stars, very rude and unprofessional to the max. The staffs sit on they phone either watching YouTube videos or talking: bad customer service. There is this Asian lady Amy that works there she is racist and gave me the run around after giving me a interview. I gave her all the necessary documents and then she asked me for my birth certificate and then claim she was going to call me back and never did.
