I came specifically to get the wrap. At the desk the receptionist informed me of the mechanisms of the treatment to get desired results. She said the wrap would get to 130 degrees and I will sweat. Alot. And that is the way you get rid of inches or water weight. I was really hesitant to do it because I was kind of afraid of the level of heat involved. She emphasized that yes, it would be extremely hot, like a Sauna, and like a Sauna, I would sweat a great deal. I was game because this was the treatment I traveled an hour for. But. 45 minutes and I didn't feel extremely hot, just warm. And when I got out and pulled off the plastic suit they give you to accelerate the sweating, I was bone dry. I did not sweat One Bit. Not even my feet or my crevices. They asked me questions like if I did botox (no). The nice attendant said it was strange that I didn't sweat, she sweats alot when she uses it. On a whim I tried the salt cave, but that was not the reason I came. I told them I don't think I should pay at all for something that didn't work as they promised it would. She replied that l didn't have to pay for the salt cave, which was great, but I didn't come for the salt cave. I came for the wrap because I have something to attend coming up and I wanted its effects. She offered me second complimentary salt cave, with the combination of the two free services equaling the price of the wrap. Which sounds fair, except I did not come for the salt cave at all. I just glanced up as I was booking the wrap and was like cool, I might want to try the cave after the wrap. I believe that if you pay for a service and are detailed about the way it will work, and it didn't do any of what was promised l, doesnt that mean that I didnt get the service and I should get a refund? This is simple good business practice. They didnt move from their stance that I could not get a refund. Pretty nonsensical and unfair. The women were nice, but I don't think I'll take them up on the offer of another complimentary salt cave. It is not what I need,...

Liz was lovely and helped me with the whole body cryotherapy, I was a little nervous having never done it before but she was very reassuring and you get gloves and a hat and afterwards I felt so much less stressed and so refreshed. My friend and I also meditated in the salt cave, I'm a smoker and the air quality was just so amazing, I felt so relaxed and the two experiences really built on each other. Came here one week before my wedding and I’m so glad I did!! I asked Nikki what she recommended for me and it was just what the doctor ordered!!! I got a fit wrap, followed by 20 mins in the sauna, then immediately into cryo ice room to snatch everything up! I ended with 8 mins in the KBL tanning bed to give me a nice wedding glow.
