Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in New York

I am a frequent Taco Bell customer and out of all of the locations I have visted, this one is most definately the worst one. The cashier taking my order, Dora, was improperly trained for this job and had no idea what she was doing. I had to repeat my order multiple times, which was fine, but she still interpreted it incorrectly giving me incorrect items. As I was ordering she proceeded to get aggitated and after each item she rudely asked me if I was done, if that was all for my order, in an aggresive manor as if she was getting annoyed. Beyond that, I ordered Taco Bell's infamous Cinnabon Delights. The icing inside is supposed to be creamy and it was nowhere near that and some delights were rock hard as well. As if they have been sitting out for a while. I was in a rush so I checked to see that all of my items were there at the restaurant, but when I got home I noticed that I had recieved the wrong Tacos and my burrito did not have the add ins I requested and paid for. I wanted to call the manager and complain with hopes that this location would improve, but after attempting to call three times and getting no answer I resorted to writing this review to at least get the word out this way. Arrived to find the staff yelling at one another over which restaurant that each person actually worked for. Some wore Taco Bell, and some wore KFC, yet they were all angry. There were people waiting for food, but there was no line, so everyone was waiting for the employees to make their food, yet the air of contempt hanging, was heavy, and smelled of nacho cheese and fry oil. I placed my order, and was clear about the fact that I required the regular wrap, as opposed to the one with spicy coleslaw, and she, almost annoyed with me, claimed to understand , and have put the order in that way. Somewhere in the Information chain, between the person I ordered from, to the preparer, my order was made wrong. Not only did I get the spicy wrap, but the other items I ordered were made especially spicy as well. Was it a conspiracy against me? Did my request for not spicy things at a Taco Bell/KFC, unite all the girls against me, and then were they happier for the rest if the day because of it?? I'll never know, but if it did unite them, and improve their mood, then I will accept that, and feel responsible for anyone who got good service for the rest of the day!! Do not eat here! If you are anyone like me- a huge taco bell advocate and defender you will be through disappointed that this particular franchise is running taco bells good name in to the mud. I came here for the first time tonight these are the events- easy order got wrong (no big deal) they did not want to fix the order but they finally did (no big deal) took my friend 7 minutes to get there food (ehhh... a little to long for nachos but again no big deal) they did not have guacamole (no problem, taco bell is not know for there guacamole) my french fries where half raw the establishment is advertised to close at 2am but we are not aware they plan on closing at 1am this Saturday night. there are 3 different groups eating there meals and everyone not aware of the changed closing time. they do not ask any one to leave or give advance warning, no THEY TURN OFF ALL THE LIGHTS ON EVERYONE EATING!!! HUGE PROBLEM! no warning, no explanation. what the heck is that attitude about? I could not finish the food it was clear they did not care about anyone or anything...
