If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! My boyfriend and I stopped by on our last day in the city and had an amazing experience. The store has loads of goodies. From treats to clothing and of course food and litter. Anything you need for your fur baby, you will definitely be able to find here! The products they had were great but Eddy is what made the overall experience FANTASTIC! He is beyond kind and cares so deeply about not just his own pets, but every customers pet as well. He went out of his way to help us find the perfect toy for our treat motivated cat. My boyfried and I spent our entire walk back to our hotel just in awe of how great our experience was at Spoiled Brats Pet Shop. This place will be one of the first places we stop by next time we are in the city....

I absolutely love the store owner who runs this specific location. He is kind and generous and is always eager to offer me any and every assistance in regards to pet food recommendations. He has a heart of gold. He also has a little area where you can meet and adopt rescue cats. He is so knowledgeable about brands, ingredients, food recalls, preferences, etc, and so generous with his time! This is probably my new favorite place to get things for my pets and will definitely have to visit the next time I’m in New York. The owner was super nice and you can tell he’s passionate about pets and helping find the right toys for them. Both my cat and dog loved the gifts we brought back with us on his recommendations and my cat is picky so that means a lot. It’s not a huge store but it has a lot of things out on shelves and hanging on the walls so there’s a lot of options. He also recommended the furminator and was able to demonstrate on his cat Chloe.
