Terrible customer service. The first time I went to this place, I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and they made me wait over half an hour. I didn't complain and gave them a good tip. Today I went for another appointment, and it turns out I have a leg injury from recent surgery, so traffic was really heavy, but I decided to take an Uber. They were running a little late to my appointment due to traffic. So I called to tell them I'd be 8 minutes late. They said, "Okay, but please don't be late." I arrived at the trimmer 9 minutes after my appointment, and they refused to see me. I said, "Please, it took me a long time to get here." I know I'm late, but it's also true that I gave them notice, and they still told me I was fine. Not only did they continue to refuse to accept me, but the attitude of all three barbers left much to be desired; it was unpleasant. I tried to be cordial until the last minute. The only reason they told me they couldn't make my appointment was because it was a Friday. I can understand this if I arrive 20 or 30 minutes late to my appointment and don't even let them know I'm going to be late. I have several people who go to this place who have already stopped going because they treat customers like livestock. It was disappointing, and I know I'm not the first person to have bad experiences here. Read moreOn Friday February 26, 2021, stopped by this place for the first time, to get a haircut. While I was outside scanning the QR code to make an appointment, one o the barbers came out and told me that if I needed a haircut there was a 40 minute wait. I told him that it was fine with me and asked him if I still needed to complete the booking online. He said it was not necessary and to just come back in 40 minutes. I went fo a coffee nearby just to wait and about 30 minutes later I stood outside just waiting for my turn. The guy saw me and came out to tell me he wouldn’t take me because he had just received an appointment online. I told him then why he said I didn’t need a booking and why he asked me to come back 40 minutes later ? Not only was it a waste of my time but a gross disregard and disrespect to what we had agreed earlier.

Extremely rude service, and if you dare to ask for something to be fixed because they didn't do what you wanted, expect them to not react very nicely. Barber didn't even ask what I wanted, just started doing his own thing and then got angry when I said I wanted to have the style a little differently than what he was doing
They always seem to be distracted on their phones too.
Also, they say their "credit card system is down" and force you to pay in cash (presumably to evade taxes). They may also be trying to evade taxes by asking you to not write haircut when you tip with Venmo. The IRS should probably audit this fraudulent business
