St Agnes church has been around since New York city was invented. It is a marvelous Church a marvelous place to greet and meet people they help everyone in that area from the homeless to food and you can come in. We have attended St. Agnes for years whenever in NYC, always trying to be generous. Fr. Barrett seems to be a good priest, but Fr. Sanchez seems tyrannical but perfumed. When I asked him why the hierarchy seems afraid of the Tridentine mass, he said forcefully, “If you don’t like it here, go somewhere else!” And walked away from us.
