Fool me twice...
This KFC is about 3 minutes walking distance from my family.. About a year ago, we swore off this KFC after a bout of food poisoning courtesy of their coleslaw. Fast forward to yesterday, lured by a coupon and a bit of misplaced optimism, we decided to give them another shot. Big mistake.
We ordered a bucket of chicken for dinner. First issue: they shorted us six pieces. When we went back to get what we paid for, the staff handed over the missing chicken with all the warmth of a tax audit—no apology, no acknowledgment, just a cold stare like we had inconvenienced them.
Got home and tucked in. The mashed potatoes tasted… off. Slightly sour. Not enough to be sure something was wrong, but enough to raise eyebrows. Four hours later, everyone in the house was sprinting to the bathroom like it was a competitive sport. In addition their chicken is still much saltier than other KFCs

So I don't know what's been going on here but as of late this place has been messing up my order in forgetting certain things I order and I always end up having to go back. The first time they messed up my order I ordered in store and repeated myself 3-4 times practically yelling my order because the cashier supposedly couldn't hear me but had a snobby attitude and when I get my order it's still wrong because I took out an item and substituted with another and they still gave me the original items it came with when I was charged the substitute. The following time we ordered through the drive-thru and they still messed up the order and we had to go back. Don't even get me started about the in store dine-in. Whatever the situation is in here they need to get their act together. Pay attention to what people are ordering and verify the order before...

I requested the online order through my name because the lady said to tell her my name instead of the mobile order number. Old lady did NOT understand the online order. She kept asking what was my name when I clearly said my name and even spelled my name twice. When I arrived at the pick up area, she kept asking me to show my receipt including my name on it. I showed her the whole receipt I got in my Gmail after I ordered online. Once again, she asked for my name. It means she don’t know online order and can NOT read English. In addition she ignored the customer. This is the worst service in my life. Please hire better...
