On Sunday April 18, 2021 I got a pedicure around 1 pm, once I got home and showered 4 of the toes on my right foot were without nail polish-it peeled. Devastated because I have a flight in a couple hours I went back to get a refund and was met with complete aggression from the owner, I remained cool and respectful until she said she would only refund me $5 of the $23 and 30 minutes of my time spent. If you get a regular pedicure it is more likely to peel but NOT 24 minutes after. Extremely disappointed in my experience, and I will not be going back! My nails were over grown because of my hand eczema. I also needed a pedicure. I’m local and saw their fabulous $30 mani pedi mon-wed special.The lady who cared for my nails did an amazing job and was careful with my super sensitive hands. I bought my own polish ( non toxic) but enjoyed the detailed service down to wrapping my feet in plastic wrap( to preserve pedicure) to putting on my socks and shoes for me. I’m sorry about the poor reviews especially the lady saying they spoke bad about her in Chinese. The staff was Latino including the hair stylist who I’m going to see eventually as well. Extremely unprofessional and poorly run nail salon. I walked in and not a single person greeted me or even looked up from what they were doing to see I had walked in. I sat and patiently waited for 30 mins before anyone said anything to me. I went to get a pedicure and the girl was horrible, I could’ve painted my toe nails better myself she had to redo my big toe twice and without me saying anything. They move like turtles bc all they do is talk and gossip with one another and it really hurt my soul to leave her a tip.
