We hired Stones R Us to fabricate and install a custom stone-covered bathtub and detailed shower elements, for my client and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, they were the best to work with.

They were incredibly patient, going over every single detail with care. Their attention to detail is unmatched nothing went unnoticed. Every edge, every seam, every cut was treated with precision. On top of that, their communication was fantastic throughout the entire process, which made everything feel easy and stress-free.

What truly shocked me, in the best way possible, was how they handled a hiccup during templating. Unfortunately, the first batch of stone wasn’t 100% perfect. But instead of making excuses or trying to cover it up, Stones R Us took full responsibility. They immediately purchased a brand new slab of the exact same stone at their own expense and redid the work, quickly and flawlessly, just so we would be 100% satisfied.

Gabriel was friendly and communicative, the stone was cut, prepped, and installed well, and measurement to install took less than a week.

My wife reached out to several fabricators and Gabriel stood out in responsiveness and in helpfulness. He suggested MSI in long Island for buying a slab and wow, please go there. They have professional inventory management as opposed to the dangerously packed stone in Brooklyn or the city.

Gabriel transported the stone to his shop and once cabinets were ready to measure, he cut and installed the stone in less than seven days.

I think our biggest slab was close to 600lbs and his team did a great job of getting it up a fight of stairs. No damage, good install, and they cleaned and sealed it for me before leaving. I would highly recommend their services.
