Sunrise Tile Inc — Local services in New York

Complete disappointment. If I can give a zero star, I will. Don't use them. We used them for our countertop and backplash quartz. The initial encounter with them was fine and friendly. However, just a few days before the installation, they insisted that the original quartz we selected are not cuttable and asked us to switch for a much lower quality quartz. Due to our stupidity, we complied but realized the quality of the quartz was so much worse later. On the actual day of installation, the staff made a huge mess of our apartment, the dust was everywhere and our entire furniture set was damaged with a thick layer of stone dust.

It's a scam that they attracted you to a nicer material earlier and switched to a lower quality quartz afterwards. They lied about the brand of the quality. It's extremely unprofessional during installation through which they caused our home damage.
