Places like this should not be allowed to operate on humans! They need to be shut down and sued for professional incompetence and neglect!!

Went in to have UV gel removed. Told them several times that I have super sensitive skin and to please remove the gel with utmost care. Do they listen? No! Do they care? They're more interested in gossiping among themselves than actually providing careful services to clients.

The technician proceeded to use the biggest tool she had and absolutely destroyed my natural nails. She filed off half of the nail on the right hand!!! You can actually see the skin! I was in so much pain that I literally cried out several times! Had to tell her to stop and to leave some of the clear base on the left hand so she doesn't butcher at least that hand. She appeared annoyed!! She left my natural nails thin as paper and sensitive to absolutely everything. NOT ONLY did she remove half my nail, she left oval-shaped dents in the nailbed. She left me with absolutely deformed-looking nails!

For the first week, it hurt to wash hands, to touch anything at all. Tried applying nail hardner only to wince in pain from the room temperature liquid. Two months later, nails keep tearing. I have been looking for a nail salon after recently moving to the area, and tried a couple but no places that I loved for the price they were charging. I tried sunshine nails after reading mostly good reviews and I love the way my gel x came out. $70 for soak off of the old ones + new full set with gel polish. Shaping was great, pricing was reasonable (and competitive given what others in the area charge), it was easy to book online, and they guarantee free nail fix if you have any chips or issues within 7 days of service. Came in here a few days ago for a gel mani w extension and received excellent service. Super attentive, friendly, and did great work. Was told to come back if within a week anything was wrong and they would fix it.
