Terrific? Hardly. We have lived in Bed-Stuy for fifteen years, and we enjoy supporting local businesses ... but not this time. I dropped my bicycle off for a "tune up" one afternoon, only to return the next day (it was even several hours past the pick up time they had given me) to find that not a thing had been done to it yet. They pulled it out from somewhere, put it up on the rack, and after ten minutes when it was "ready", I paid $65, rode it home, and literally could not figure out what they had done to it ... except replace my grips. The brake cable was installed backwards and the sticker on the frame was ruined. The guy who did the service was rude and refused to tell me his name I have no idea why. I've seen some good reviews of this place but my...
