I was referred there by a friend and went there for the first time and when I went there I was told to go see sandy the owner. Sandy sends me to her sister. When her sister was done doing my later down in the evening. I had to come back the next morning. My nails were looking to wide and thick it was looking like chickets on my fingers. I had asked for a coffin shape and there looked square and was all the same square look on each finger. When I was trying to explain my issue. Shes telling me about appointments when there were only 3 ladies including myself being there. One lady had to walk out because she wanted to get her filling by someone she always go to and another customer was being ignored after being a loyal customers for years. They gave attitude and very dismissive. I end up leave and soaking my nails off. I wasted over $80 just to be unsatisfied and not heard. The experience was top notch as always. Best 4 hours of decompression ever. The owner asked me what I wanted & I said something bright & fun. What Sandy does is creative so I trust her creativity. We discussed the colors & design & she went to town, first we did my manicure. Then it was time for my spa pedicure, I chose the detox spa treatment. The spa pedicure with the hot stones & the massage chair just melted the stress away. My legs felt amazing & looked relaxed too. She tried to paint over it and hide it. When it was time to pay I had to remind her that she had cut me and I should not have to pay full price as I was leaving the establishment bleeding (She didn't even put a band-aid on it).
