Sandy's Nail & Spa is truly a spa day experience. I walked in for a gel manicure & spa pedicure. Her salon was clean, organized & inviting. Everyone was professional. The experience was top notch as always. Best 4 hours of decompression ever. The owner asked me what I wanted & I said something bright & fun. What Sandy does is creative so I trust her creativity. We discussed the colors & design & she went to town, first we did my manicure. Then it was time for my spa pedicure, I chose the detox spa treatment. The spa pedicure with the hot stones & the massage chair just melted the stress away. My legs felt amazing & looked relaxed too. I would highly recommend the spa pedicure it costs more than a regular pedicure, but you get what you pay for. i would say to the people who want it but want to haggle on the price.....Sandy's Nail & Spa is not for you.

I have visited this place twice. I always have to wait 10-15 minutes for attention which normally will discourage me from going anywhere (I mean, that’s why I set up an appointment in the first place) but since they always good job and I’m always happy with the final result I can tolerate it. The service both times has been good, the staff is very professional and patience with me (Sometimes I can be indecisive with the colors). Would I recommend this place? Well, I walk 1.2 miles just to go to this place instead of going to a different nail salon closer to me (And GOD know there are a lot of them), so yes, I do.

I been going here for year now because my hairdresser is across the street. I never had a problem before, but it seems like today they look tired and no one wanted to worked. My toes werent probably done. When I went home I had to clean it up myself. The nails are okay but after my daughter graduation, I'm taking them off. Today prove to me that I can't support any business that is not consistent with there services. Today would be the last day ill come into that place. Ladies don't waste your time. We work too hard. But the lady that did my nails was okay. Please don't waste your time.

I was referred there by a friend and went there for the first time and when I went there I was told to go see sandy the owner. Sandy sends me to her sister. When her sister was done doing my later down in the evening. I had to come back the next morning. My nails were looking to wide and thick it was looking like chickets on my fingers. I had asked for a coffin shape and there looked square and was all the same square look on each finger. When I was trying to explain my issue. Shes telling me about appointments when there were only 3 ladies including myself being there. One lady had to walk out because she wanted to get her filling by someone she always go to and another customer was being ignored after being a loyal customers for years. They gave attitude and very dismissive. I end up leave and soaking my nails off. I wasted over $80 just to be unsatisfied and not heard. Please do research before going they may seem nice until you have an issue they don't want to fix don't go to sandy sister. They ladies there take your money and have customers...

The woman doing the pedicure cut me so deeply that blood ran down my foot and stained the towel beneath me, She didn't apologize or even acknowledge it. She tried to paint over it and hide it. When it was time to pay I had to remind her that she had cut me and I should not have to pay full price as I was leaving the establishment bleeding (She didn't even put a band-aid on it). She responded "How many times have you gotten a pedicure? you know this happens" I could not believe the audacity. The owner was standing there and ignored the entire situation. They still charged me and the woman yelled louder and louder "I SAID SORRY, I SAID SORRY, I SAID SORRY" Completely unprofessional. If they leave you bleeding they will...
