I started working out at The LIV Method in January 2022 and have had the most amazing experience! I spent 2021 healing from an eating disorder and compulsive obsession with working out so I was nervous to jump back into it however my fears were relieved after my initial call with Matt. He explained their method and after hearing that I wanted to focus on rebuilding my strength he paired me with Quentin, who turned out to be amazing. I have been working out with Quentin 2x a week since January and I cannot wait to continue working with him. He makes working out fun and challenges me in a way that does not feel impossible. Not only has my strength soared but I’m seeing physical results that I am proud of. Also the LIV space is amazing and the entire staff is so warm and welcoming! Read moreI began training with Tommy at the LIV Method in August 2021. It started as a push to get out of the house once a week and quickly turned into a 2x a week necessity. I was incredibly nervous in the beginning, having always been the person who stood in the back of the fitness class to have the full attention on me in our 1:1 but Tommy made sure I was comfortable at the start. Our sessions became true 'me time', building upon my strength, trying elements I would have never thought to do and I left feeling more energized than ever each and every time. It has always been the perfect amount of push that I needed - paired with elements I liked, like boxing. Read moreI’ve been at the LIV Method for over a decade, seeing my trainer Matt once a week. In that decade, never have we repeated a work out. It’s always been dynamic and responsive to my needs. When I had shoulder tendinitis, Matt strengthened all the supporting muscles in my shoulders and worked on rotator cuff mobility. My shoulders have been pain free for eight years. When my hips were tight, when I injured my heel, when my back hurt from my desk bound job, when I was totally burned out from having young kids + that desk bound job, Matt responded to each, crafting training specific to my body, my limits, and my needs.
