I've been a Met member (Evening Hours) since 2018. Sadly, I feel that this will be my last year. Service is lacking and the prices have gone up while the membership benefits have been curbed. But most of all - during my last visit, the hostess was extremely callous and unprofessional in her opening spiel.

This time, when I asked if I could get a table instead of a sofa so that I could use my laptop, she quipped that I should not spend hours on my laptop and just order one coffee if possible. I was speechless.

Many art books to take in and it just had a nice vibe. My salmon salad was good and I will definitely try again during my next...
