The short Arabic guy causes issues, I along with other MTA LIRR workers notice that he tries to overcharge you for things. Me personally i go EVERY morning whether its for a smoothie (love Christina's service btw) or breakfast. If he sees I'm in a rush he magically forgets that i'm a MTA worker even though i have LIRR paraphernalia on and when i call him out why he didnt apply the MTA discount he says sorry i dont remember you (ive been going since June 2017, everyone knows me, the chef makes my order once he sees me because he knows what im going to order). Then one time i called him out for charging me $2 for eggs when in the book it says to add extras its $1 in white bold print. The Arabic guy also has poor people skills, can be very very sassy (im not the only LIRR employee that feels this way) and rude VS. the tall i believe spanish guy he's friendly and doesnt try to get over on you, greets everyone with a smile. Also if i call in a order its NEVER made when i get there but of course only when the Arabic short guy is working the register, today i waited 9 min for french toast i called in...
Read moreHorrible customer service! The female that makes the juice and the male cashier working the Tuesday am shift clearly hate their jobs. I walked in to grab a cup of coffee as I was running late for work, the two staff seemed to have been engaged in a very deep conversation. As I walked in, they both glanced at me and continued their conversation although I was now standing at the register. I waited for a minute Before approaching them to ask if I could place an order...they both looked at me then went on with their conversation...another two minutes went by before the male decided to walk over to ask what I wanted, at that point I walked out. These two particular individuals were unprofessional and have no interest in providing quality customer service. They need to be trained to act in a professional manner. I would give a zero rating if it...
Read moreThis place is a juicer nightmare if you love green juices. I went in asked for Kale, Spinach & Pear juice only to be told u would be charged more money. I have never been to any juice place in NYC & they not had RED APPLES. I was told that I would be charged an extra $1 simply for wanting a green juice. Why offer make your own juice but limit or over charge customers. I went right to Juice 101 at 101ave about 2 miles away & they fixed the exact juice I was told couldn’t be made unless I was charged an extra $1 & the best part is it cost $2 less than this horrible excuse for a juice shop. WARNING they’re in it for the money not the health of...
