Firstly, I was charged an outrageous fee of $4 for the simple act of taping the box. Such a charge is highly unreasonable and disproportionate to the service provided. I believe this fee is unjustified, as it takes minimal effort and resources to apply a few strips of tape to a package. I request an explanation for this exorbitant charge.
Furthermore, I was charged an additional $5 as a service fee without any clear explanation or breakdown of what this fee covers. I find this lack of transparency and justification for the service fee highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I kindly request a detailed explanation of the service fee.
Moreover, I was disappointed with the overall customer service I received during my visit to your store. The staff members were unhelpful and showed a lack of professionalism. They failed to address my concerns adequately and did not provide any satisfactory explanation for the charges imposed. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and I believe that your store's staff failed to meet these basic...
Read moreI’ve been to this store a couple times in the morning, and let me warn you… the “manager”? She never manages to give any sort of grace and compassion to customers, and the other employees follow suit. A couple of days ago I was walking by, and witnessed this same manager threatening to come to blows with a customer. I Will NOT be coming back to this store, there’s no place for that kind of behavior in such a wonderful neighborhood. I do believe that WE as a neighborhood should just boycott this business. My neighbors and myself have had packages mysteriously go missing after shipping with them, have experienced the disgusting customer service, and this is unacceptable, especially witnessing all of that happen in front of a family with children who were seated outside at the eatery next door. This location should be permanently closed, and I will speak on behalf of the neighborhood, we do not want this store here if it’s going to diminish the quality of life of...
Read moreThis is the only UPS store in the neighborhood and it seems that they are regularly upcharging for additional services. As of June 1, they now charge $2 minimum per USPS package because it "takes up space" in the store, when this has been a free service for years. Last year they started charging $2 to print a shipping label, but using their printer is $0.15 per sheet and they don't allow you to use their printer for printing shipping labels. Obviously the store charges for using their tape or anything that helps you finalize the packing of your box. The UPS stores in my two previous NYC neighborhood were wonderful and provided many services for free, and when I asked this UPS they begin charging for previously free services, they said it is the decision of the owner because every store is run differently. We're unlucky to have this as the only one in the area available, hopefully new stores open with the new constructions coming and we don’t rely on that...
