When walking into this space, you can sense a welcoming vibe with the couches, colorful shelves and mini fridge full of treats. The shelves are always filled with amazing BIPOC authors or Queens based authors that really represent the community of Jackson Heights. Every book is intentionally selected and stocked by the owner so there’s always a different selection to choose from and always something to buy. The small business room is full of amazing artists that sell stickers, bookmarks, earrings, soaps (like myself), art, tote bags, etc; and the kids room is amazing. My kids always have such a great time on the cozy rug, going over books. He doesn’t even mind if you come just to read a children’s book or two.
