Arlene from Talk Of The Town Realty kept calling me since last year asking if I wanted to sell my house. I started to think about it but I wasn’t quite sure finally in January Arlene said she was coming and sent two other people when I did all the talking and when they just sat there. The conversation consisted of what I expected what I wanted and what they agreed to we wrote it down. That was on a Friday the following Wednesday all of a sudden I wake up to a giant sign on my stairwell. It’s not what we agreed to. That’s not what I asked for When I called to ask how did this happen? I was given 20,000 excuses, but since I have cameras, reality doesn’t lie anyhow at that point, I told them in writing and verbally that I had changed my mind and I did not want to sell my home that was at the end of January fast-forward today is March 3 and I receive a text telling me that my house is still on the market. How does anyone leave someone’s house on the market for over a month and not say a word? Are they a bunch of thieves yeah probably. Now my tenant is refusing to pay rent because she feels as though I’m selling my home and I keep trying to explain to her, including showing her the original texts that I sent Bella Talk Of The Town Stating that my house is no longer for sale, but she doesn’t wanna pay rent because I guess she feels if the house is being sold why should she. So now what is my recourse? I’m going to turn around and talk to the town cause without rent. I can’t make my mortgage. A bunch of thieves, a bunch of bait and...
