I purchased 2 chickens at this location. When I got home and opened the bag one of them was spoiled. The chicken was blue and very stink. I tried calling to let them know. I called multiple times and they kept saying the boss is not there. I tried again to let them know I’ll be bringing back the chicken and the boss said there isn’t anything he can do and hung up the phone. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. They are basically robbing their customers. This isn’t the first incident I had with this location. Multiple times they charged me a higher price. But guess what because of your dishonesty I’ll do a chargeback and get my money back...

I’ve given this place so much chances. When I go in person I have to wait a long time (even though there’s no one/not crowded there), when I call to pick up (they say 30mins everytime on call) I have to wait an hour. They’re always asking how you want the chicken cut up and I always say ‘small for curry’- Idk who cooks curry with the huge size they’re cutting it. Also, whoever cuts the chicken does not know how to cut chicken- I’m getting half a wing connected with the whole breast, a lot of crazy cuts that I have to re-cut...

Horrible service! Turkey had black bruises on the wings, breasts, legs- unhealthy meat- when brought it to their attention, they said that’s how the meat was handled during transportation when in their trucks- cruel response! They were unwilling to give another turkey or give refund. On top of it, rude workers!
