I went to get my nails done for my bday and had a reference picture but there were specific things I wanted differently. I asked for shorter coffin shaped nails, and no gel. I was charged for gel although I didn't receive any, the polish was smudged and the guy was in a rush to finish although I came 2-3 hours prior to closing, the shape and length were incorrect. I called later and they said they'd fix it for free then when I went they were going to surcharge me like 20 bucks. I had to go somewhere else where I was charged only 10 bucks to get them reshaped, cut, buffed out the clumpy polish, and had the smudges fixed. My pedicure started chipping the day after as well. Won’t mention names here but the lady did not follow along with the design I gave her and when I tried to stop her she just pulled my hand and said I already saw the design. Once she was done I mentioned the problem and she decided to take off the design and redo it and she still messed it up the second time. I’m very disappointed because some workers work really nice and they know how to handle your hands gently but others not at all. Let me not even discuss how my fingers are sometimes bleeding or cut near the cuticle because of how poorly they have handled my hands. Man with hair dyed red was awful. I left with my callouses still hard after paying for callous removal solution. He literally spent 10 minutes doing my whole pedicure. I would give a zero if I could. Stay away from him! Had the nerve to get me to spend twice as much for a fancier spa pedicure but I said let’s see how you do with the minimal pedicure and he did so bad. I have had better experiences with a pedicure 93% of the time and this was the absolutely the worst.
