Tropical Jade 4 — Restaurant in New York

Worst customer service ever 2 woman working but only 1 serving the other one stand by the people at the bar side talking and the one serving takes forever. We to buy stuff the other day waited forever to buy curry shrimp then I see a person sitting by the bar side drinking came over n look at the food went back n tell the one worker that was with her talking to her all the time not helping service came over and give her all the shrimp that I was waiting for and my turn was nexts. I just walked out I wiated for 10 mins she didn’t come help service or anything seeing that I was waiting so long. Very very rude never going there again Mangers need to look into that because they will be losing business with those 2 woman...

The most horrible place on liberty Ave first of came all the way from Virginia to get cold food every one behind counter on their cell phones and the server had the stinkest attitude food was minus o But the Indian lady short with long hair in a bun need manners training and proper food handling also when we asked the cashier for chicken sauce she said she is not the server solo drink was very flat music blaring the can't hear you when placing and order never ever again I don't recommend this place...

We walked in, and went up to the counter to order. The staff is at the front, not inside the food area, by the tables, talking to the customers, laughing, and making jokes. While we had to call them so they can do their job. Maybe I'm just old school, but when you have a job why are you conversing beyond normal convention. They also had some guests who were cursing loudly, talking really loudly and very clearly drunk. These are the same guests the staff was too...
