Horrible experience. I have had to go twice to get them to resume my mother-in-law's social security benefits check to no avail. Every visit they keep telling me that everything should be in order just to find out that we have to go back and bring back the same document that we brought the first time around. The staff is okay but they treat you like garbage and get annoyed whenever you ask them a question and the facility looks like a crack house. Dreading the thought that we might have to go back for a mistake that they made. The only saving grace is that not a lot of people use this place and so the lines are too long. The telephone intro is unecessarily convoluted (I think the shortcut to speak to a person is 2, then 0), and it should give an idea of how long the hold times are so customers can decide whether to hold on or call back later. Also, repeat the phone number for the SS Fraud.
