I went in here last summer with my family. I saw some various packets of incense thrown haphazardly in a box when I entered. I grabbed maybe 10 choices so that my partner could choose the ones he liked from those. He was looking at some items in the back. I handed them over to him. He selected a few and put the rest back while I looked around. I found a T-shirt I liked, and we were ready to check out. The man, smiling smugly, said, "Okay, now where are the rest of these," holding up the incense. I was puzzled. We started going back and forth. We explained that my partner put them back. He didn't believe us and asked that we wait there while he reviewed the giant TV which displayed all of the security cameras around the store (so many for a tiny shop!). He then said he wasn't accusing me of stealing but of putting them back in the wrong place. He said he had seen me before, and I had a face of someone who would do that. It was so strange and embarrassing. I've never been in there before and I was with my young daughter, ready to pay. He eventually apologized, sort of. We went ahead and still bought the items, trying to show our daughter that you can work things out with people without getting into a screaming match. But I'll never go back there. Also, all of the incense...
Read moreNot so exiting: a) mostly very much worn, not very clean, years old, no quality overpriced items, for that money one can easily buy the same, brand new and more stylish; b) the store is so much full, too cluttered that one has the problem to move around; c) beautiful small carpets on the floor are so dirty that present a real health hazard; d) tacky jewelry, again overpriced; e) no real vintage items, anything of a better quality, quite rare, is double overpriced. The only positives: a). one can return the purchased items within the set time; b) the "main man" in the store, over 50, is polite, patient and nice, however he obviously would sell anything, see above, that people are ready to buy. I have visited this store several times, living very close to it, but in my humble opinion, it is a waste of time even to enter it. In addition to it, following each visit, I had always a strong feeling that I need to take a deep...
Read moreI’ve been to this thrift store twice and both times I have found GREAT ITEMS. There’s a large selection of clothes. Just gotta dig. There’s lots of name brand bags and jackets for reasonable prices. The condition of the clothes are also a PLUS. The most recent time I stopped by, someone came in trying to sell or donate some items but they weren’t in great condition so the store manager didn’t accept them. He wasn’t rude about it but it’s good to know that they don’t just accept any and everything. The reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating is because they only have one fitting room. Not ideal for when the place becomes busy. Other than that, they have...
