I purchased a belt on October 23. They only had a display belt . The salesperson offered to order me a new one but chose to have it sent to the store instead of being sent to me. That took a week and two days to receive. I tried the belt on and it was too small to wear with my jeans turns out they sent me a size 80 not 85 like she told me she would send. Then I noticed that since the belt is reversible the loops that the belt with fit into can easily fall off. So I was concerned about this . I called the sales rep to her cell phone number that she gave me. She did not respond. Then I called the store and head to leave a message for her. She returned my call and I explained to her that the belt was too small and that I had concerned about the loops. I asked her if I could just exchange it for something else like a purse and that I would pay the difference. I sent her pictures of 3 different purses. She replied and told me she only had one of them in stock and that she could hold it for me. I told her that I wanted to proceed and she then told me on Wednesday before Thanksgiving that she would not be back in the store till Sunday. I called her on Sunday and got no response. I then called the store and there was a message on the machine that said because of covid that they were temporarily closed and to make your purchases online. So I donât know...
   Read moreOne of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The extremely slow sales rep in the Soho store sold me the wrong belt size. I called the store about 12 days later to initiate an exchange, but got the voicemail that the store was closed due to Covid, this was Dec 2021. (The store was NOT closed, another sales rep told me the voicemail has been on since March of 2020 and they didn't know how to remove it. Ridiculous.) So I called corp and they were equally useless, turns out corp doesn't really want anything to do with the stores. I finally spoke to the store manager, and she knows that I initiated the exchange/return within 14 days, but still refuses to return the belt. I saw associates by the register just talking and then I did see 1 customer. I waited a total of 20mins and never got in. I walked off the line of 1âŚme and left. I knew exactly what I wanted but now will never go back to this location and will really think twice about ever shopping with the brand.
