Verizon — Local services in New York

I visited the Verizon store on Vernon Blvd in Long Island City and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service.

A special shout out to Javier who expertly resolved an activation and number porting issue that had me fuming all week as no one else seemed to figure out the issue. He ensured the activation worked properly and resolved my issue in minutes when online representatives couldn’t hack it for a week.

When I tried to return my broken Verizon Fios router to be shipped back to the company, the employee working at this location told me that their system was down. When I came a few days later, they told me that they do not have log-in credentials to access their system.

Both this store and Verizon customer service have assured me that this location would be able to ship my router back. I will now need to try a third time, but I have very little confidence that they are even able to do this.

Great place to get your phones. Was contemplating going to a bigger location but due to excellent review, I gave it a try. I worked with Javier and he was super attentive.
