First off, Dr. Chen is incredible. A few weeks back, I was experiencing UTI like symptoms and I had unbearable pelvic pain . Of course this all started on a Saturday night. The next day on Sunday, I went to urgent care and Dr. Chen was my provider. He tested for several different things. He called me the next day with a couple of the results. Called in a prescription and I went to pick it up a few minutes later without any issue. As more results came back, he’d call me and let me know the results and provided a prescription. I started to feel better. Thank you!! After he healed me of all that… he suggested acupuncture. I’ve never tried acupuncture and really didn’t know anything about it. Well, with the pelvic pain, my sit bone and hamstring were really sore. So I went to the acupuncture and you know the pain in my hamstring subsided. I went back for pelvic pain. That started to heal. I had digestive issues, went to acupuncture and now that has cleared up. My body feels great. I am really great full for the care, knowledge and kindness of Dr. Chen. I don’t go to the doctor often, but what this experience has taught me, when you do need a doctor, You need one NOW! I will continue to see him for acupuncture and if I ever need urgent medical treatment. I’m heading to Long Island city to see Dr....

I recently had persistent vertigo/dizziness for days. It was the worst thing ever and I was not able to function at all...I dragged my corpse to see Dr. Chen and he diagnosed me with vestibular neuritis. He prescribed meclizine and started treating me with acupuncture. The acupuncture really helped with the dizziness and I started feeling better after a week. When I finally got an appointment to see a specialist at NYU they confirmed it was neuritis.
My 4 y/o daughter was playing with her grandfather and he pulled her arm and partially dislocate her elbow (nursemaid's elbow). We weren't able to get her an appointment at her pediatrician, but luckily Dr. Chen was able to treat her and move it back in place.
I've also gotten acupuncture with Dr. Chen for pregnancy weight loss and also chronic neck/back pain from sitting and working on a computer all day.
Aside from how good Dr. Chen is, I've been to a few other urgent cares in the neighborhood, and in all honesty, is one is by far the best and also the cleanest. They also call you the next day to...
Read moreDr. Stacy Hausman was one of the worst doctors I've ever seen. Her care was rushed, aggressive, and dismissive. She really didn't seem to want to give me any time in the office to explain my concerns.
After perhaps a 5 min exam, she proceeded to send in an assistant to administer a covid test (which I was already sure wasn't the case.)
Before she could hurry me out of the office, I pleaded with her to prescribe me an antibiotic as I was sure I had some sort of infection, and she reluctantly wrote me a script for a low dose of Augmentin, literally saying "if you say so."
2 weeks later, after worsening symptoms, I went to another doctor for help. This doctor immediately diagnosed me (correctly) with what was now a severe sinus infection that required me to take 1500mg of Amoxicillin daily for a week in order to clear up my infection. I had given this second doctor the same description of may pain and discomfort that I gave Dr. Hausman, the only difference is that this second doctor actually took the time to listen and tend to my concerns.
Do not go see...
