Worst customer service in the PINK store in Kings Plaza. I went into the store on Sunday December 5th to return bras that were sized wrong. The cashier said she would be able to take them all back except for one that she claimed could not be returned. I told her no problem I would mail it back to the company. Then she began inspecting every inch of all the bras. Then she told me that she had to go to the manager to see if she could take them back. When she returned after having me at the register for over 15 mins she told me the manager said the bras could not be returned because a tag was missing. I told her no problem. She then tried to bait me into reacting by giving an ingenuous apology and wishing me a nice day. I kindly took the bras and walked away. I found the woman who said she was the manager and asked her why the bras could not be returned. She said we changed our policy since COVID and bras that are worn cannot he returned. I told her only one bra was worn and the others were not. I also explained to her that I called customer service and was told the bras could be returned to the store or shipped back. She then told me they could only be returned to the store if I got a return number from customer service. That was a lie. The customer service at both stores in kings plaza are the worst and the employees make up rules as they go along and they also try to create a miserable shopping experience for customers. I will not be shopping in any of those stores until the company decides that the people who spend their money in those stores deserve quality service. I go into Newport mall VS and service is always...
Read moreHorrible customer service. I spoke with “Natasha” and she was very unclear about what she was doing with my order. I came in to do an even exchange (same exact items just a bigger size) on 3 pants. She said I couldn’t do that because they were purchased as “buy one get one free”. She told me that I would have to ship 2 of the items back, the third one was purchased at full price so she can do an even exchange for that one ONLY. I asked her if I should wait for the return to go through before re-purchasing the other 2 and she said yes but you won’t get any money for them because it was free. (Anybody in their right mind would choose to keep the items.) I immediately said never mind, I won’t return them then, I’ll just keep it and she said she couldn’t give it back to me because the transaction already went through. I never told her to go ahead and return them for me. I wasn’t even aware that they were packaging it to return it for me, I thought it was my responsibility to ship the items back. I ended up walking out the store without the pants because she refused to give them back and cancel the transaction. I never gave her the okay to return them for me. They were free but I had to pay full price of 3 items in order to get them for free so it wasn’t exactly “free” it was just 50% of each pant. She was very rude and not helpful. Now I have 2 less items, the pants will be sent back to the warehouse and I would have to pay full price just to get those...
Read moreThis will be a long review. Honestly Victoria secret need to properly train their employees on practicing good customer service. The side conversations they have on the selling floor are 80% of the time not work approriate. I've been coming to this location for years and it looks like most of the good managers are no longer their to enforce order at this Pink location. All the managers seem to be very unprofessional. I remeber working with the brand it was our job to greet the customers and make them feel welcomed this is no longer the case.

I came into this location to use my $20 off $50 coupons and my happy birthday coupon. Associates Chrissy, Nory & Tonya was all very unprofessional. Tonya told me I was not allowed to bring my personal pocket book into the fitting room. When ask what part of the policy is this she proceeded to say she was told I cannot bring my bag into the fitting room. I spend too much money in pink to be discriminated against by associates who dont even know how to be...
