Went to this Victoria Secret's on 125th street and had a awful time in the store. Wanted to take home this off-white nice fleece warm up suit that I reallywant. After purchasing the suit, the cashier could not get the security tags off the top. The saleswoman who rang up my purchase ask another saleswoman go up upstairs and see if another top was available in the same color. The top was available but not in the size I needed. After waiting for 20 minutes and 4 women trying to get the tag off. I just hobbled back to the area, I found the same off white fleece outfit. Because I am on crutches, and searched the racks and found a powder blue suit. Same style, and size, but a different color. I feel the customer service was not there. This time the security tags came off after the exchange was done. While the saleswoman was searching she could have said I don't see an off white set, but I see a power blue one. The manager didn't even offer to order the same suit online or have the suit delivered to my house or the store. I ended up exchanging the off-white top and pants for the powder blue one. I feel something should have been given like a discount on the exchange or a free lip gloss. I normally don't shop for clothes at Victoria Secret's. I shop at Lane Bryant because the saleswomen go out their way to find clothes for you if they are not on the floor. Whether it's in another color, size, and that's what I LOVE about Lane & Bryant. I was unhappy how the manager handled the situation, because of that poor service I was subjected to on Sunday October 1, 2023 I won't return to Victoria Secret's on 125th street.

Indeera at Victoria secret on w125th street was very pleasant yesterday & very helpful she had such a good attitude. I spent a little over $300 because of her great customer service. She was very Informative and I loved her spirit. She didn’t rush me she told me everything on sale I love shopping with people like her. She’s the reason I purchased soo many things. Kayla also helped me towards the end of my purchase she had a great attitude as well sweet girl. Shemarr helped me with my bags when I was leaving and I noticed he helped a customer with 52 plus items twice and did it so quickly without any attitude he needs acknowledgment as well. Great team over there on 125th street I was pleased.

Today customer service was horrible. Multiple sales reps And cashier on the floor would not assist me in changing my tote bag color from Off white to blue without waiting on a very long line. Was not greeted with smiles or enthusiasm after I spent my lil hard earned coins. I used to work retail and a lot of what i experienced today was a NONO💔

Long comment but I hope you find it relevant. This was my first time at this store. I was surprised to see 2 NYPD Officers in front. I would have given this place 5 stars but an employee spoiled the shopping trip for me. The store itself was clean, not crowded and was not in disarray. The security guard was pleasant when I entered. She smiled and said good morning. As I got near the stairs, a beautiful young lady welcomed me to the store and asked did I need help and I asked her to guide me to the robes. She was very pleasant, with a beautiful smile and a bubbly personality. I asked her to suggest what size robe should I get and then I asked her to guide me to the underwear. She left, came back and brought me a mesh shopping bag and ler me know the panties on display wwrw all mediums. There were 3 women in panty section shopping the whole time with no employee watching over them while I was in the robe section. I didn't know it was the panty section at the time. Out of nowhere this other employee, older woman, came over and I felt uneasy. She was not as nice as the guard or the bubbly worker. She didn't smile, nor did she ask if I needed help. I realize she was watching me. I was annoyed. She stood near me and I moved around the square that held the panties. At one point she stood in a corner behind me then she came near me folding panties in a drawer. Then she leaned on a display facing the panties, with her arms crossed and legs crossed just watching like a hawk. I was appalled. They have cameras, I am sure. Not sure why she felt the need to single me out like but that made my trip there unpleasant. I left the panty table because of her and got on line to get the gift my sin asked me to get his wife. I checked out the perfume somewhat to maybe add to the gift I got. Then another employee approached me smiling, with a perfume tester bottle with their newest scent. She was pleasant for the most part. I asked her not to spray the tester because I didn't want to be triggered with an allergy challenged. I then get to the register and the male cashier was pleasant and professional. I hand him my 2 coupons, one for 2 free panties and the other to get a discount on the gifts. I had to go back and get my 2 free underwear. I was so annoyed with my stalker I forgot why I went over to the panty section in the first place. Anywho my experience overall was good. That one bad apple spoiled, store cop spoiled it for me. She made me a suspect without probable cause and found me gulity as soon as I entered. She needs better customer service skills. I worked in retail at Macy's, as a CSR and as a Supv/Mgr and that is not how you...

Walking into Victoria Secret today Monday October 2nd at around 6pm, ruined my day. I went in for the 2nd time to exchange my bras since they keep sizing me wrong. As soon as I walked in I asked one on the staff I need help in finding my bras size. She sends me upstairs to the Pink line section. The girl there obviously didn’t want to help me at all. She seemed to be annoyed helping me look for my size. She then disappeared and that’s when I saw another useless male employee. I asked him for help and he was whatever you see there is what we have. I ended up helping myself. As I proceeded to go down to the cashier to pay and make the changes, the cashier was even worse. She was angry as I was explaining to her what I need done in terms of my exchange. She was so rude as if I was begging her for money. I also felt her racism since I’m Hispanic descent. It was literally the worse shopping experience of my life. As I was leaving I was looking for a manager, there was no supervision whatsoever. I ended up telling the guard at the door about the worse shopping experience I’ve ever had. I will not be going back. If my bra size don’t fit I’ll be going to a completely different location for the change. They need training for better customer service. Who’s doing...
