Vilage Chapels immediately became a part of my support network when my wife passed away. They took away all of the preassure points that I thought I would have to immediately deal with and instead focused on handling my wife's last wishes with honor & respect. They facilitated a Green Burial and Wake. And had my wife was viewed in a Beutiful Woven Basket wrapped in a shroud, with her head laying upon a crown of flowers, flowers layed upon her side and a sword laying along her body. My wife being of norwegian decent she was able to leave this world as the Viking Warrior she truly was. John & George showed great empathy and care in helping me follow my wife's wishes. They transported her to her resting place in Tilson NY where she was laid to rest in A Cemetery Forest amongst the trees and foliage. Their willingness to go beyond reguler assumptions of how death should be approached afforded me the right to honor my wife wholy. Thank you and your entire team. You are true professionals...

When a loved one passes suddenly, the last thing a family needs is the added stress of planning a funeral. Village Chapels took the time to help plan every detail with care and understanding. I live out of state so everything was done over the phone and through emails but it truly felt like they were with me every step of the way. I was given many options to choose from to make sure the final outcome is exactly what I envisioned. Mr.DiMario helped with every detail big and small , his suggestions were much needed and appreciated . The personal touches were unexpected but so lovely. What normally would be the hardest day , Village Chapels made it feel a lot less hard. I can not thank them enough.

John, George and all the associates of Village Chapels truly went out of their way to ensure us a meaningful service at the funeral home, Holy Cross Church and Calvary Cemetery. A compassionate and dignified service at an elegant home like environment directed by those we now consider friends.

We are grateful for their warmth and commitment to us during this difficult time. While involvement in funeral arrangements is not a desirable thing I would highly recommend Village Chapels when the need arises.
