This is my 2nd time visiting this spa. First time, I went for a 1hr full body massage. The experience was a good one, so I didn't hesitate visiting again. This time around, I bought a GroupOn for a 40 min deep cleansing facial & a 30 min FULL body massage for this visit. I arrived 10 mins early, checked in, & I was quickly guided into the massage/facial room. I changed & layed down & waited about 10 mins for my masseuse & who also did my facial. One thing most masseuses will do before starting is ask you about the desired level of intensity & if there are any medical restrictions for the massage. She walked in & started massaging, without asking or even a hello. The massage was NOT a FULL body massage. She did my shoulders, upper back, (I asked her not to massage my lower back due to medical issues), back of my thighs, & back of my legs. I was asked to turn over & she started the facial. I have no complaints about the facial. I will say that I'm not a regular facial customer so I don't have any prior experiences to compare this one to. But I can say I enjoyed it & my skin looked amazing after it. She then massaged my arms, but the front of my legs were left untouched. I've sent people here based on reviews, but today was my first experience with them. My friend booked me a 1 hr deep tissue massage on a package she purchased after her first experience. I've had Swedish massages before, but this was my first time experiencing a deep tissue. HOLY MOLY. If you have hard and tight muscles, this is the kind of massage you need.

I'm considered plus size, and this tiny little lady got way into my muscles. She had strong, smooth hands and arms to work out my knots and tension. My legs and shoulders needed it the most, and she did them justice.

I booked 2 upcoming appointments for reflexology massages to return the favor with my friend. I'm looking forward to it!

P.S. A tip to ownership, the sheet provided during my massage, just covered my larger body, so I felt a bit exposed. Perhaps a larger, heavier sheet and/or blanket would be nice. While I was covered and felt comfortable with my masseuse, I missed the heaviness of a blanket that I've experienced with other massages, which helped with the...

I’ve been coming here for almost 7 yrs and though I live in LI now and it often takes me some time in between visits, it never disappoints! The ladies that work there are so kind and sweet. You feel so zen when in this space with the background soft zen spa music and feeling of ease it brings. Today I got a facial and couldn’t help but add on a 30 min massage for myself b/c I just couldn’t resist! I was on limited time and would’ve preferred the 60 but it was something and I was in heaven through it all. I love Rita, she’s my go-to; she’s the manager and my masseuse and does my facials.
