touch lcd fix corp — Local services in New York

Their "repair" job damaged my phone so much I just ordered a new one yesterday.

+1 star since the guys working here are pleasant. Because of that I feel a little bad leaving this review, but everything else is unfortunately downhill from there.

i brought my google pixel 3 in to replace the cracked back cover and rear camera, which had a small smudge inside the lens but was otherwise working fine. while fixing it they ended up breaking my front screen. it took 3 days for them to order a replacement screen, more time waiting for them to fix the fingerprint reader (which was working before), more time waiting for them to re-center one of the front cameras (which worked fine before they broke the screen).

here are my current issues, which have all been directly caused by this supposed "repair": when they replaced the screen they broke off part of the bezel which they did not ever replace despite saying they would. this has caused the front cameras to completely fog up. the front lens they recentered reverted to being uncentered within a week. the screen also is much more brittle where they broke the bezel since it isn't supported by anything, and a crack has now developed stemming from this area. the fingerprint reader slides around now whereas it used to be firmly affixed to the rear, though it still works. the rear camera now randomly freezes and i literally have to restart my phone in order for it to work again. when I brought this to them they did not offer any help.

I've spent the past several months constantly frustrated by the damage they did to my phone. I ended up spending more money on this "repair", which took way too long and actually made everything worse, than on the phone...

hi what is the name of this place okay I was there in the phone store and the manager was very nice to me it fixed my phone and is very attentive and very very knowledgeable about this product and if y'all have any question or any issues with your phone this is a place that I would recommend you anytime to come and to give him some service thank you and I appreciate it and I will come back here again and I will refer all of my friends then because it's some place in the neighborhood wish I could come and get help when I need...

I dropped my phone and cracked the back camera. I called my insurance and of course they want $100+ to fix it and I have be without a phone until they return my phone. I remembered I saw a phone repair store that just recently opened in my neighborhood. I walked in and Kareem was nothing but the best. His prices fit my wallet and the service was oh so quick 🥰.
