This place needs to get people with customers service experience, from the workers to the security. I made an online, when my daughter went to pick up the order she was meet with a very rudely security man. He asked for the name of the order, she gave the name. He said he needed proof so she came to get my phone for proof. She showed it, then he said that he needed to see the name. She went to my email to show him. He seemed not wanting to get her the order but hesitantly gave it to her. I had order a burrito plate, a salad and a large lemonade. She told him that there was a drink, which is on the receipt. Told her that the fountain machine wasn't working. She told him that is not a soda but a lemonade and he got an attitude with her. She went to the cashier and she got an attitude too, gave a bottle of water, that cost a dollar in the corner store. Almost 4 dollars and wanted to replace it with a dollar water. I went in to return the water and asking for a refund for the missing drink. While going in the same security man greeted me with a rudely "What are you here for?". I didn't paid mind to him and went straight to the cashier, I explained to her what happened. She told me google how to get a refund. Chipotle you need to do better, never going to...

You must order online at this establishment which is not an issue. The issue is that it is the worst service and most disorganized Chipotle in all my experiences with the franchise. You can guarantee a crowd of 20-30 people outside waiting for their orders (delivery service workers, local teachers, county workers etc). Instead of an organized system like you'd expect any competent business to create when in need of one, you will be forced to join the crowd in yelling your name out and pushing toward the door with your ant extended phone in hand so the worker and security can see your order. Unfortunately these methods are rewarded as no other system is put in place and you will stand there for easily 30 minutes after your order was processed and labeled as "Ready!" Truly embarrassing.

2022 update: A frequent issue at this franchise is that "the system is down" so they can only accept online orders. They will only use the mini side station for online orders and of course it gets extremely backed up and takes a really long time. This has been happening for months so it's actually incredible how poorly this franchise runs on a daily basis. Lastly the fountain machine has been out of service for about a year. Again, how is...
