It has all the stuff the other Starbucks across the country have. And seeing how that stuff is prepackaged, there's really no way to screw it up. Having said that...it goes without saying...it all comes down to the staff. And they're hit or miss. It's a fairly rough neighborhood and I'm sure they have to deal with their fare share of BS. There are occasions though that they can be rather snarky, impolite and at times rude. I have experienced this on more then one occasion and have witnessed it, as directed towards other customers, a few times as well. Overall the staff gets the job done. The drinks, food and other menu items are ready to go in a decent time frame. The store itself, considering the neighborhood, is above average when it comes to cleanliness. The bathrooms are always in order. (more so even then stores located in so called "top shelf" neighborhoods) I am surprised at the ability to maintain the standard they do. I suppose what's lacking is the friendliness you come to expect from Starbucks employees. It's definitely, at least in my case, one reason I'm willing to pay substantially more for my coffee. Read moreI’m still in shock. My fiancé made a purchase today at this Starbucks location. Mind you we are a buck regular. We had manager Tyesha (not too sure of this spelled correctly sorry) tell me she does not have any cop holder trays. In which was obscured due to me actually staring one right in the face so me Politely asking if they had any. She says no that’s not for you and continue conversing with her staff as if what I was asking for isn’t important. I then explained to her that it is really raining hard out there can I please have that bag and she said no that’s for mobile order or drivers I said yes I have a mobile she said no I can give you a bag. I don’t understand if I paid my money $10.00 for 2 grande drinks why couldn’t I have a cup holder. I had to walk all the way home in the pouring rain with 2 cups in my hand.
