I have never written a review before, but after my experience with White Glove, I felt like I needed to save other people from the experience we had. We used White Glove to have our bathtub and bathroom walls reglazed. I have never seen worse quality work in my entire life. The company uses independent contractors and don't seem to care about the work those contractors do. We had a guy show up who apparently had 7 years experience. When he finished reglazing the wall, there were spots that he just completely missed and didn't cover with glaze, as well as over 20 spots in the tub and the walls where the epoxy was just dripping. He told us it would dry smooth, which it obviously didn't. He came back 2 days later to re-sand the sloppy spots, and respray. He still managed to miss some spots, did a terrible job sanding and left uneven surfaces. The glaze ended up spraying particles over every surface of the bathroom, leaving a textured surface. The bottom of the bathtub felt like sand, and my toddler has fought us to take a tub because he says the tub is too pokey. We waited over 36 hours after the second repair to use that bathroom. After 2 showers and one tub, the glaze on the tub had chipped in four places. We got another contractor from another company to look at the work and he said he'd never seen worse work done and that they had failed to re-grout our tiles, so theres was nothing preventing water from leaking under the glaze causing it to bubble and chip. When we called to tell White Glove that we were unhappy and did not trust their work and did not want them to come back a 3rd time to effectively just spray another layer of epoxy on the walls that would then chip, they refused to offer any sort of refund for their terrible work. They do not care about customer satisfaction, and would not send us another contractor to do the work, or a manager to come review it. I was severely disappointed with their work and their customer service in response to their terrible work. DO NOT USE...

Read more"Had a perfect experience with this company from scheduling to service. Very responsive and guys doing service were completely professional. Tub reglazing came out great. It turns out that they're a preferred company according to my super (my apartment building has had a lot of positive experience with them).
For your job, especially if you're doing it for the first time, ask questions when scheduling and when they arrive. Arrange to have a place to shower the next morning because glazing will take 24 hours to dry/cure. Keep animals out of the vicinity if you have them. There will also be paint fumes for a few hours after, and note that they'll need access to a window near or in the bathroom (in another room is fine) for the fan that they set up to pull air out of the tub area while...
