Came here for a hard gel removal which requires a drill file. The staff seemed annoyed when I asked for this but sat me anyways. The service itself took not even 10 minutes. No cuticle oil, lotion, or hand massage. My tech, Fang Lin, was pretty dismissive at the end did not ask if I needed them. The cost was $20 which is a bit higher than other places in NYC that charge $15. I handed her a $20 bill and she asked if I was tipping cash or venmo. I told her I did not wish to tip since it was a quick service and was just a removal. She quickly grew angry with me and demanded that I give a tip through venmo. I explained to her that I paid for the service she performed and she did not provide a good service to me. I would normally tip 20% if I had mani/pedi or massage service but this was literally a removal that did not require any supplies/soaking. Just a normal drill file for not even 10 minutes. She started bullying me and raising her voice at me in another language and other customers started looking over.
