Finally, a Zimmermann store with customer service on level with the beauty of its contents. Before my vacation I visited the other two stores on Mercer (was completely ignored, even when asked to try specific items, never had them brought to me) and Hudson (unreliable service, was attended to while in the store, but they completely forgot to follow up and order a dress in my size for me to try). The Madison store has a gorgeous and unique layout, just like the other two, but the sales ladies were attentive, helpful, warm and delivered on what was promised, just like you would expect from a brand like this. Unfortunately the customer service here gravely failed my expectations. I was sold an item that was entirely dysfunctional and damaged. After having COVID and being unable to return the item in store for obvious reasons, the store did nothing to help. Gravely disappointed. Any other merchant at this price point would have been more than helpful I am sure. I have in fact had such better experiences with other brands and companies like Net-a-porter. I hope this can be remedied and the service can change because I did at one point respect the brand for its audacious...
