Please refrain yourselves from getting awfully looted at this store. They are all EXPERIENCED BLUFF MASTERS!!! Please don't be Fooled like I got! Sales representatives have very poor knowledge about the stuff they exhibit. PLEASE DON'T TRUST BHINDI JEWELLERS and don't let your money be wasted.

This store is a big cheater in the market.They put the retail price so high (almost 3 times the actual worth of the item) and then later offer discount if you bargain. Again, keep in mind and don't fall for that trick as we did. They will discount and bring it to about 200% the original worth of the item.

We recently purchased a very expensive item at this store during Diwali time.The sales person (Vandana) showed us nicely at the beginning and slowly started pushing and hurrying us to select the item. She kept telling it's Diwali time and we are busy and all. Finally we fell for the trap. After comparing the item's worth ( gold weight , stones worth) to other jewellery stores( like Raj, Totaram , Kothari and Kumar jewellers) we realised that the amount we ended up paying was 2 times more than the actual cost. Went back 2 times, 1 time called them up and they asked me to come at a certain time and I went at the same time. After speaking to Owner and telling him that I was charged too much for the item and showed him what the other jewellers in the market were offering for the similar item(net weight and stones worth) , he said very rudely that he is very BUSY and started telling that I should have called and come. 2nd time I went again, this time One of the owner of BHINDI named Ketan spoke to me. I wonder how he calls himself is a lawyer !!! We had conversations and Ketan was giving me ridiculous options and answers saying it's not company policy to cancel/refund which surely can be done based in consent from management. There are so many stores out in the market who honour cancellations and refunds if one is willing to pay the cancellation fee and returned within 10 days.He was clearly trying to shush me off by not giving the details/proofs I need. I was willing to even pay the cancellation fee which is also quite high ( for an unused item). And when i asked Ketan to provide relevant data pertaining to the item , he was just so hesitant and saying that they don't do that!! These deceitful Bhindi people, Ketan , Vinod and other staff (like Gauri) are simply escaping saying they don't provide that kind of information. This is clear indication that they are hiding details and just want US (customers) to blindly pay the heavy price. Every customer is rightful to have the information relevant to the item like details(breakdown of item) of what is the net worth for gold and stones used. Finally, I am very unsatisfied that we got looted terribly by these guys and I guess I consider that the extra price that has been looted from us is given as...

I wish I could give them have a star. My parents and I went today to get a gold coin. The minute we walked , one of the lady reps. checked in mom out and made a face. I went ahead and asked the other lady that we are looking for a gold coin . The Second Lady rep. called the first one over. The first one ask if you have the cash to get it. My mom politely mentioned we do have debit card to complete the transaction. They said they only do cash transactions and need cash, they did not show us anything and we left. I am not sure if this post will even reach the owners but please if you are reading this. Your staff is horrible at customer service. Your company is here in US and Bay Area from a very long time and you speak very highly of your legacy on your website . But unfortunately you are not able to put any of your values in your work. I was initially not saftisfied with the price of the necklace set I bought, but later I went back to them with my concern. The manager explained to me that the necklace was made with high quality uncut vilindi diamonds. I do see the quality and make was very good compared to other uncut diamond sets. The manager (Vinod) also give me an option to exchange to any other piece of jewelry if I was not satisfied with what I bought earlier. I felt that was nice of him because it was almost a month back I had purchased my necklace set and I had gone out of town and couldn't go back to the store earlier.
