Coach — Local services in Newark

Absolutely amazed at the condition of this store location. Visited 4/29/25 at 5pm and the store was completely empty and the woman working was leaned over looking down at her phone and was talking on the phone and seemed annoyed when I asked her if they had the leather moisturizer. She then proceeded to tell me to try the duty free zone? Which made no sense. When she realized what I was talking about she informed me they didn’t have any of the conditioner and only the cleaner. Then she proceeded to talk on the phone and continue to ignore me. Displays were a mess and the store was dirty. I was looking to purchase a keychain and a small pouch but decided not to because of the treatment from the employee. ...

This was the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had at Coach. I walked into the store as the only customer, yet the salesperson completely ignored me. No greeting, no offer of assistance - even when I made friendly eye contact, she just stared back with an indifferent, uninterested expression. She stood there the entire time, doing absolutely nothing while I was in the store. This kind of negligence is unacceptable. Coach, I urge you to investigate and take action if necessary. INSANE. If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a bag, and explicitly asked the sales person if I can return it at any coach store. She said yes. That is not true. You can ONLY return it at Newark airport…or fill out a form online for which you will get no response.
