Absolutely amazed at the condition of this store location. Visited 4/29/25 at 5pm and the store was completely empty and the woman working was leaned over looking down at her phone and was talking on the phone and seemed annoyed when I asked her if they had the leather moisturizer. She then proceeded to tell me to try the duty free zone? Which made no sense. When she realized what I was talking about she informed me they didn’t have any of the conditioner and only the cleaner. Then she proceeded to talk on the phone and continue to ignore me. Displays were a mess and the store was dirty. No greeting, no offer of assistance - even when I made friendly eye contact, she just stared back with an indifferent, uninterested expression.
